Not only the creation of product information but also its distribution is increasing in speed and variants. While some are still struggling to create target group and product specific documents at the push of a button, others are facing the challenge that editorial processes that end in the creation of a PDF file or an HTMLHelp package no longer meet business requirements.
The needed information must be available for the target group at any given moment updated and in an adequate format.
In this talk, I will consider the different challenges of efficiently creating and maintaining multi-variant, multi-lingual and multi-format documentation as well as intelligently delivering content to field engineers, customers or other recipients by different means.
